LIGHT IT UP BLUE

In 2007 the United Nations adopted a resolution that made 2nd April World Autism Awareness Day In order to foster greater understanding about this disorder.

The color blue was chosen as the symbol of the fight against this disease about which we still know very little.

"Light it up Blue" actions - which consist of illuminating iconic landmarks to raise public awareness - are organised worldwide.

To highlight Their commitment, T.S.H. the Prince and Princess of Monaco lit up the Princely Palace in blue on 2nd April.

Furthermore, in order to show its support for this cause, the famous colour company, Pantone Inc., created a special pigment “MONAA Blue” and offered it to the Association.
